The Medical Lake Blue Waters Bluegrass Festival is sponsored by the Medical Lake Blue Waters Bluegrass Association, a non-profit organization which supports local agencies and organizations that serve the residents of the community. All proceeds from the Festival are used to support such local activities and continuation of the annual event. Non-profit status has been granted under IRS 501 ( c ) 3 rules.

The Inland Northwest Bluegrass Association has joined us as a full partner in funding and promoting this event.  The INBA is also a non-profit, 501 (c) 3 organization, promoting bluegrass throughout the Inland Northwest.  The partnership of the INBA is a huge boost to our festival.  Please visit their website to find out more about this great organization.

Blue Waters is funded largely by ticket sales, but also relies on the support of sponsors and partners to help fund our advertising, marketing and continued development. The festival is 100% volunteer-driven. We hope you will consider becoming a partner at one of the many levels needed to support this great festival.

Individual Sponsor Levels:

Friend of the Festival: $25+ A donation of $25 above your ticket purchase is a valuable boost to the festival, and we will include your name as a Friend in the program.

Patron: $50+ A donation of $50 above your ticket purchase is very much appreciated, and we will include your name as a Patron in the program.

Partner: $100+ For individuals or small businesses: Two complimentary 1-day event tickets, plus a 1/8 page business ad in program.

Bronze Sponsor: $250+ For individuals or small businesses: Two complimentary weekend passes, plus a 1/4 page business ad in program.

Business/Premier Sponsor Levels:

Silver Sponsor: $500+ Silver sponsors receive four weekend passes, a 1/4 page ad in the program, and recognition from the stage.

Gold Sponsor: $1,000+ Gold sponsors receive six weekend passes, a half-page ad in the program, and recognition from the stage. Your business banner will be displayed at the festival and you will be listed on the website and in all marketing materials as a sponsor.

Platinum Sponsor: $2,500+ Platinum sponsors receive eight weekend passes, a 3/4 page ad in the program, and recognition from the stage. Your business banner will be displayed prominently at the festival and your logo will be on the website and in all marketing materials.

Premier Sponsor: $5,000+ Premier sponsors receive ten weekend passes, a full page ad in the program, and recognition from the stage. Your business banner will be displayed from the stage and your logo will be on the website, the festival t-shirts and all other marketing materials.
