Blue Waters offers a "Friends of the Festival" sponsorship program to allow individuals to become more involved in the ongoing mission of the festival.  Blue Waters is a 501-c-3 non profit organization that benefits local charities, and we are committed to keeping gate costs low while still providing a high-quality arts & culture event for the Inland Northwest, as well as continuing our support for these local charities.
